Aqui vai uma receitinha que faço muito no Outono, mas é um clássico português! Na realidade sirvo-a com algumas alterações!
Ingredientes:
Maçãs
açúcar
vinho do porto
canela
cravinho

Lavam-se as maçãs. Faz-se um buraquinho no centro; rega-se com açúcar e vinho do porto a gosto e aromatizam-se com canela e cravinho moídos. Leva-se a forno quente até abrirem. Servem-se quentes ou frias - eu adoro come-las com natas ou uma bola de gelado de nozes.

Just a dead easy Autumn recipe that is also a portuguese traditional recipe all year round.


Ingredients:
apples (the amount you want)
sugar (to your taste)
Oporto wine (or any other sweet wine, to your taste)
grated cinnamon
grated cloves (optional)


Wash the apples and make a small hole in the center. Place on a tray and sprinkle with the sugar, Oporto wine, cinnamon and cloves. Get it into a hot oven until they "open" and look soft. Serve it hot or cold. I LOVE to eat it with cream or a scoop of walnut ice-cream.
