de mãos dadas ... // hold my hand ...

Todos os dias somos fustigados com mais uma má notícia vinda do Japão! mesmo estando do outro lado do mundo, podemos sempre ajudar :

Days go by and the bad news keep on coming! Japan is now facing nuclear threat! Do you want to help and don't know how?! It only takes a click!:

Para adoçar o dia: uma receitinha!
Hummmmmm!!!!!! Garanto que é uma delícia!

To make your day a bit sweeter! Try this walnut and ginger cake recipe! i promisse you'll go back for more!
150g sugar
150g flour
1/2 tbs baking powder
1 tbs ginger powder
1tsp baking soda
150g butter
75g honey
4 large eggs
100g of crushed walnuts

Heat the oven to 180º.
Prepare a 24x34cm oven tray with butter and flour.
In a glass bowl melt butter and honey in the microwave for 40seconds maximum heat.
In a bowl mix: sugar, flour, baking powder, ginger and baking soda.
Add the butter mixture to the flour mixture, add the eggs and stir. Pour the crushed walnuts in and stir a bit more.
It's done! Put the mixture into the oven tray and off ... into the oven for 20m.
ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! with or without whipped cream!
